Mr. Wu is not the only person who benef i ts from it. With the installation of a small sensor, the vegetables in the greenhouse can “tell” you whether the humidity and temperature are high or low, and whether there is a lack of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. No matter where you are,just click the mouse or your smart phone, and the fruit and vegetables inside the far-away greenhouse will be watered and fertilized scan the QR codes, and you get “the past and present” of all those fruits and vegetables from the greenhouse to your dining-table. All these procedures have become the routine in Dezhou Longteng Vegetable Farming Cooperative in Shandong province.

The application of high technology to agriculture is changing the traditional mode of agricultural production and offering people safer agricultural products. For two years since the implementation of the Shandong agriculture science and technology innovation project,Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences has won 38 awards above provincial level, and 27 new varieties and 38 technologies have been listed as the recommended cultivation technology of the National Agricultural Department and Shandong Province,providing a strong technical support for the improvement in quality and eff i ciency of Shandong agriculture and for the continual increase in farmers’income.

○2017年8月,山东青岛海水稻研发中心试验基地首批耐盐碱水稻试种品种扬花吐穗。图/视觉中国In August 2017, the panicle emergence of the first batch of trial varieties of saline-alkaline tolerant rice developed by the Experimental Base of Qingdao Sea Rice R&D Center.进入5月后,青岛海水稻研究发展中心试验基地内,176份海水稻长势良好,陆续进入乳熟期。这一优良水稻,今年将首次在全国五大典型盐碱地试种。“海水稻如果扩大到1亿亩,可以多养活8000万人口。”去年9月,在世界“杂交水稻之父”袁隆平院士团队努力下,青岛海水稻迎来收获。近日,这一技术成功从山东走向海外,首站“落地”迪拜。当海水变成良田,山东农业也插着科技的翅膀越飞越远。当种子插上科技翅膀土豆收获在即,看着地里绿油油的土豆秧,滕州市龙阳镇侯庄村农民张辉脸上乐开了花:“‘希森6号’长势好,估计亩产六七吨,其他品种远远达不到这个产量。”因创造了亩产超9吨的薯界奇迹,这一历经11年选育出的马铃薯新品种,如今正沿着“一带一路”辐射带动更多国家参与提升马铃薯产业,受到37个国家驻华农业参赞点赞。20年来,山东财政累计投入近20亿元支持良种工程持续推进,农业良种工程成了山东农业科技创新建设的一道靓丽风景线。“济麦22”连续7年成为全国种植面积最大的小麦品种;“登海玉米”系列先后7次创造中国玉米高产纪录,累计增产1200多亿公斤;花生单粒精播技术刷新了中国花生实收单产纪录,22个国内花生品种在印尼试种;设施蔬菜良种方面,仅寿光市一年种苗繁育就达14亿株,蔬菜产业产值超200亿元……农业良种工程实施以来,山东共收集、引进、保存各类生物种质3.5万余份,育成新品种2348个。全省主要农作物实现3-4次品种换代,良种对农业增产贡献率达48%。农业园区里的科技经作为食用菌界的翘楚,玉木耳一诞生就成业界焦点。“无论是口感、营养含量,还是经济效益,都好于黑木耳,市场前景广阔。”中国工程院院士、山东省科创食用菌产业技术研究院名誉院长李玉说,玉木耳一个大棚年收益8万-12万元,比普通黑木耳至少增收50%。作为全国唯一一家以食用菌产业为特色的国家农业科技园区,邹城国家农业科技园区与多家高校院所合作,通过设立专业型食用菌科技企业孵化器、科创食用菌产业技术研究院,让小蘑菇发展成了大产业,享誉全国。目前,邹城食用菌工厂化企业和经济合作组织达50余家,产品涵盖金针菇、双孢菇、山茶茸、玉木耳等20多个名优品种,年产值达50多亿元。“目前,科技部正在全国推进农业科技园区体系建设,山东已先行一步。”山东省科技厅厅长刘为民说。山东初步形成了四级联动、梯次发展的农业科技园区体系,创建了“云农业科技园”这一“互联网+”基础上的农业科技综合服务平台,实现农业科技创新服务全省覆盖、无缝衔接,形成又一个有全国影响的农业科技工程。○通过技术创新,小蘑菇发展成了大产业。图/张仁玉With the help of industrial technology, small mushrooms have developed into a big industry.○将高技术嫁接到农业上,正改变着田间地头的传统农业生产方式。图/何延海The application of high technology to agriculture is changing the traditional mode of agricultural production.高技术开拓新“日常”“在低温海水中生长的海带幼苗对日光敏感,光照强度成为决定其育苗产量和质量的关键影响因素之一。”多年来,山东威海长青海洋科技公司技术员老吴沿用着传统的光强监测方式。在使用了海带育苗物联网系统解决方案之后,老吴只需打开电脑或手机,即可掌握育苗车间内每日光照强度的实时变化情况。受益的何止是老吴?装上一个小小的传感器,大棚里的蔬菜就会说话了,湿度低了,温度高了,缺氮、磷、钾了;无论你身在何处,点击鼠标或者手机,千里之外的大棚就能自动给瓜果蔬菜浇水、施肥;刷一下二维码,蔬菜水果从大棚到餐桌的“前世今生”全知道……这在山东德州龙腾蔬菜种植合作社里,已成为日常。将高技术嫁接到农业上,正改变着田间地头的传统农业生产方式,也让老百姓能够享受到更安全的农产品。山东农业科技创新工程实施两年来,山东省农科院获得省级以上奖励38项,有27个新品种和38项技术被列入国家农业部和山东省主推技术,为山东农业产业提质增效和农民持续增收提供了有力的科技支撑。编辑/栾小惠On the testing ground of Qingdao Sea-rice Research and Development Center, the 176 fl ourishing sea-rice plants are entering the milk-ripe stage in May. The single-seed precision sowing technology of peanuts broke the actual-yieldper-unit record of China, and now 22 domestic peanut varieties are being planted experimentally in the cultivation of greenhouse vegetables, up to 1.4 billion seedlings can be cultivated a year in Shouguang alone and the production value of vegetable industry is over 20 billion since the implementation of fine-breed engineering, more than 35,000 germplasms of various organisms have been collected,introduced and preserved in Shandong and 2 348 new varieties have been successively bred. The main crops in Shandong have been upgraded three or four times and the contribution rate of fine breeds to the growth of agricultural production amounts to as high as 48%.Science and Technology in the Agricultural ParkA s o n e o f t h e b e s t e d i b l e mushrooms, jade fungus has been the focus of the industry ever since its birth. “Jade fungus has a good market prospect, for it is better than black fungus in taste, nutrition, and economic benefits,” said Li Yu, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and the honorary president of Shandong Kechuang Edible Mushroom Industry Technology Institute. The annual earnings of jade fungus in one greenhouse can be 80,000 to 120,000 yuan, 50% higher than that of ordinary black the only national edible mushroom-featured agricultural scitech park in China, Zoucheng National Agricultural Sci-Tech Park cooperates with many colleges and universities,and has turned the small mushrooms into a big industry that enjoys great popularity all over China by setting up the professional incubator for edible mushroom sci-tech enterprises and establishing Kechuang Edible Mushroom Industry Technology Institute. At present, in Zhoucheng there are over 50 industrialized edible mushroom enterprises and economic cooperation organizations, with over 20 famous high-quality varieties, including needle mushrooms, agaricus bisporus,chopped camellia and jade fungus, with an annual output value of 5 billion yuan.“The Ministry of Science and Technology is presently promoting the construction of agricultural scitech park systems. Shandong has taken the first step in this aspect,” said Liu Weimin, head of the Department of Science and Technology.
